Happy New Year's
OK so here it is my new years resolution "keeping up with my blog posting" at lease once a week.

World Sprints in Sacramento for a week.
Raced Co-ed to Catalina
Went to Molokai (5th place)
Moved my office over to Bear Mountain
Bought a new computer
